From recruiting new staff, task distribution, renting a building for our own shop, designing our products and their package, to setting our target costumers, analyzing the needs of different groups of clients, boosting advertisement campaign in social media, creating the company’s website. We also planned in which direction our company should develop. That time I realized that when running the business on our own, we have to take into consideration many aspects, not only these related directly to job. Leadership, communication and other soft skills are also very important and should not be neglected. We are facing challenges every day, thinking how to build a strong brand, enhance costumers to buy our products, efficiently communicate with different kind of people and modernize our company.
