Have we any free time? "I have no time" - I guess the most popular expression nowadays. But do we really have no time? I ask this question to myself. At first time I answer yes,I do: I need to prepare my homework, write a research work, visit lectures, and I have no time to learn English, visit gym and read books, but when I realise yes I have time. Sometimes I spend time just scrolling facebook and it`s take about 30 minutes at this time I could practice new words or reading several pages of my favorite book or jogging. Also I realise that I can do two actions together for example walking to the lecture and listening podcast or radio in English, So we just need ti realise that if really you want something you always find time to do it!
