I feasted my eyes upon each and every plate of the dim sum in front of me. Dim sum is a traditional Chinese food culture, with wide assortment of sweet and savory dishes ranging from meatball, dumplings to desserts. You may also find some exotic items such as chicken feet. Dim sum is normally served in small bamboo steamer or small plates.
I love the hustle and bustle of a morning dim sum teahouse. Servers pushes a portable trolley with built-in gas-burner around, promoting dishes in her trolley by announcing the dish to the diners; sometimes she also will open the steamer’s lip to let you peak into the steamer before you order the dish.
Let me give you some useful tips. Always go in a group to enjoy a wider spread of these tasty delicacies. Drink some Chinese tea will help to rinse away all the grease and aid digestion.
