A problem to sort up Hi everyone. I'm writing to you while I'm quite busy and overwhelmed at this moment. This is because I'm preparing all the stuff to take the graduation photographies of my degree classmates. This will take place in the next week in my college and I've got it all prepared except one thing: the costume for the students. Despite there is more than a week left to the event, I'm becoming quite nervous because I'm not sure about how much time is needed to prepare such a thing. I've already sent messages to different business that treat the matter and, by now, I'm waiting for any answer. If anybody answer me before the end of this day, I will start to call all of them until I can have an answer.

This is because I'm preparing everything I need to take the graduation photographies (better: pictures) of my college classmates. This will happen next week at my college and I've got it all prepared except one thing: the outfit for the students (better: the student outfits).

Despite there being more than a week left until the event, I'm becoming (better: getting) quite nervous because I'm not sure about how much time is needed to prepare for such a thing. I've already sent messages to different businesses that handle the matter and, by now, I'm [just] (not required, but more natural) waiting for any answer. If nobody answers me before (better: by) the end of today, I will start to call all of them until I can have an answer.
