Spanish recipe: Spanish omelette This is my recipe to do Spanish omelette. The first is peel potatoes and cut off potatoes in small pieces (in small squares), after you have to heat oil and fry the potatoes. When the potatoes are fried, you have to remove the oil and the potatoes of the skillet. You take a container and you beat eggs, after you pour the potatoes in the container and you mix the potatoes with the beaten eggs and a bit of sal. Finally, you pour this mixture in the skillet with very little oil to low heat. You should turn to the omelette one or two times to not burn it and to do it for the two sides

Spanish recipe: Spanish omelette

This is my recipe to do for Spanish omelettes.
The first is Firstly, peel potatoes and cut off potatoes into small pieces (in small squares), after then you have to heat some oil and fry the potatoes. When the potatoes are fried, you have to remove the oil and the potatoes of from the skillet.
You take a container and you beat some eggs, after you then pour the potatoes in from the container and you mix the potatoes with the beaten eggs and a bit of salt. Finally, you pour this mixture in the skillet with very little oil to on a low heat.

You should turn to stir/flip the omelette one or two times to not burn it to make sure that it doesn't burn and to do it the same for the two both sides.

Spanish recipe: Spanish omelette

This is my recipe to do make a Spanish omelette.
The first thing to do is peel the potatoes and cut off potatoes them into small pieces (into small squares). Afterwards you have to heat some oil and fry the potatoes. When the potatoes are fried, you have to remove the oil and the potatoes of from the skillet (skillet is an American word, I don't think anyone would know what you meant in the UK :) we say instead "frying pan".)
You Take a container and you beat some eggs, afterwards you pour the potatoes into the container and you mix the potatoes with the beaten eggs and a bit of salt. Finally, you pour this mixture into the skillet with very a little oil to on a low heat.

You should turn to the omelette one or two times (once or twice = more natural way to say)  to prevent burning not burn it, and to do this it for both the two sides

When you give instructions like here for a recipe, you do not have to give the verb a preposition each time. There were a few times where you did this. You can just say "remove the oil", "beat some eggs", "pour the potatoes", and this is perfectly fine, it reads much more naturally.
