running 1 I am going to submit three part of my short running diary items/ 1. Having changed my training to aerobic one, I’ve changed my nutrition as well. I cut out some refined carbohydrates, no more fruit juices, sweets, chips, soda and cakes. This is to change my body metabolism to burn fat instead of glycogen. I have always been a sweet tooth/ so refusing of sweets was most difficult for me. Moreover, the New Year Celebration, with all these sweet-stuff, is coming up.
