Argument on CO2 It took time to reach an agreement for US and China on who is going to take more responsibility to the CO2 emission. But recently, this situation seemed stepping into a new stage. Both parties have admitted their emissioning activities and were like to stick into the plans of their own. Howver, that doesn't mean the argument has its truce. One underappreciated reality was left out in the exchange of words, that the US-China economic relationship allows America to consume substantially more carbon dioxide than it produces. The reason why is most high-emission manufacturing of America were established in China, which leads to complex circumstances: Who to blame for those emissions discharged? or Who to be blamed more? Maybe this topic conclusion still has a long way to go. by Annie
