When Mom met Dad (you use capital letters if you use Mom and Dad as their names. If you had said "When my mom met my dad" you would not use capitals because you are describing them, not using it as a name.)

My Mom met and Dad met in their 2nd year in of college, next month it will be their 30th anniversary (anniversary of what, wedding aniversary?, anniversary of when they met? I'm pretty sure you mean since their wedding but anniversary is a general term, not specific to weddings ).

I heard their old story many times & it always made me proud of them & happy to be their daughter. They’re great people & I don’t say this just because they’re my parents, but they’re genuinely good people who can be are always there for me always & other people when they need them. 

I think I was at the age of 5 when Dad lost his job. He had to move to another branch of his company in a different another city, but because he couldn't can’t take all of us with him, he resigned & began to look for a new job. At that time Mom was working, so my older brother went goes to school & I stayed with Dad, this was the best time in of my life. He made the yummiest breakfast for me every day & it was very joyful filled me with joy to see him at home when I woke up. As a little girl who only wanted to hear stories and find have someone to play with, I hoped he will would stay home forever.

It took Dad 3 months to find work again & I was always thankful to the Lord for giving me this great opportunity to get to know Dad & it made me love him even more than before. My parents will always stay remain my best friends.

Some general advice: anything more formal than an email to friends and I would not use & instead of "and". It isn't a good habit to get into.
