Environmantal Problems （for IELTS） Environmantal dagradation has been regarded as a challenge that the whole world must overcome in 21st century.The rapid deteriotation of environmental issues has become a serious threat to our survival.In order to address this concern,all the country around the world should join forces,but not to fight for their own. There are two reasons for people to support the international cooperation.One is that the influence of environmental problems is always on a globle scale.It is a common sense that we share only one ecophere whose components are international.For instance,a river of one state could be poluted by the sewage dumped by a neighboring country.In other words, one country's efforts on dealing with the sewage is futile if other countries do not partecipate in.It shoub be noted that some countries have limit resources to reduce pollution even if they are aware of the importance of environment protecting.These countries may cooperate with developed contries,introduce technologies and draw on experience so as to enhance their ability against the pollution. Despite the importance of global cooperation,every country should take some changes initiatively.It is fair to say that each country has its own environmental issue.For example,the greenhouse gases are mainly produced by electricity industry in China while those in the United States are attributed to car use.The methods and technologies globally used may not applicable in a certain country.In this case,the government should legislate on environment to raise people's awareness on pollution and to protect the environment effectively. All in all,countries should make efforts together.It is not only because we share only on ecosystem,but also because we could make optimal use of money and human resource.At the same time,countries's commitment is also necessary.
