Studies have shown that the status of production of the Union geological map north during the period of 5 years from 2008 to 2012.Federation of Northern Geological mapping has made certain achievements encouraging as follows. Maintain stable production, always complete the assigned targets, expanding the production geology from the capital budget, signed to relatively large volume contracts, scientific cooperation in the investigation, the study of the geology,and the mineral exploration.   But in the process of implementation, operations manager faces many problems which it is produced but is not effective high, many workers did not achieve the purpose of study leading to financial losses.The phenomenon works in progress slow settlement, interest rates are too low, underutilized production capacity of human resources and machinery manufacturing.    The reason it's indicated by the subjectivity of field surveying and engineering design is not appropriate.The lack of a close in the organization and management. Quality does not meet the requirements and capital expenditures are too low, yet to learn financial skills of partners. 

From the reasons stated above, the authors have proposed some solutions as follows. Solutions to expand the market by improving efficiency in project,planning design, economic, and technical. Improve efficiency in the organization of production and construction management. Investment equipment innovation capacity,learn financial capacity of partners, and complete the payment process. Research completed regulations on the use of a capital budget. The are expansions of activities from the results of the investigation basic operations. The authors hope that this study will support the Union Leader geological map of the North in improving manufacturing operations and geology from the capital budget.
