Fluent in 3 Months

I read a really interesting book called Fluent in 3 Months, in which where Benny shows as how we coud/should can learn a language in a proper and usefull way.

I very skeptical of such books.  How is it possible to become fluent in 3 months?  It takes native speakers a couple of decades of constant practice to become fluent in their own languages and, even then, some native speakers are barely literate.
