About Learning English

I am Jason, this is the first aritcle that I have written in English at italki. I have learned English for many years, but never use it to comunicate with other people, so all I've learded is limited on to writing on paper. I can understand simple sentences by reading and listening, like cartoon movies or somenthing.

But I can't speak English, and my writing skills is are bad.  I mean want to comunicate with others. There are many ideas in my mind, but I don't know how to express them correctly  in right way. I have learnt many words, but I always read or spell them wrong. The grammer is such a frustrating challenge to me, I am always confused by so much too many grammar rules.

I want to use the language as a tool, to learn new knowledge, to make new friends, but I am stuck at in the first step. I will work hard to improve my English, but I think I need the a correct and effective method.
