Are men and women equal at work?

Women won’t ever be equal to men. On one hand, men will always earn more money than women. It’s just a simple fact. On the other hand, a women should always prove herself at work. How many women are on the top positions in the organization which you are working for? How many of them are at least at senior level in the company? “Men are stronger”… Aren't women strong enough? Have you ever tried to take care of 2 or 3 kids, to be a good wife and daughter, to be great at work and to build carrier? The list is very long…

Most of the conservative companies are afraid of hiring women, because one day they will give a birth and they would be out of work for a certain period of time. To be a 30-something woman, to have just got married or to planning to get married it is just a nightmare for the most of the managers.

Except from these natural differences, women are more emotional, they said. They are not more emotional than men, they just are more bemused at work. However, the HR specialists would prefer to hire 20-something girls without kids. Just because it is easier to govern them.

Have you ever tried to take care of 2 or 3 kids, to be a good wife, daughter, to be perfect at work and build a career? There is a long list of excessive demands that selfish and inconsiderate men want to impose upon thoughtful, caring and considerate women.

Most of the conservative companies are afraid to hire women because a woman could possibly go on maternity leave. A 30-something female newlywed or a 30-something woman engaged to be married is unjustifiably a nightmare of most managers.
