ang ganda show = the “ganda” show

ang ganda ng show = the show is/was nice/beautiful.  

 

“Itong” is “this” and “nitong” is its possessive form, “of this”.

“Itong libro ay bago.” = This book is new.

“Ang may-ari nitong libro ay si Peter.” = The owner of this book is Peter.

 

“ITONG teleserye na ito ay sobra ang ganda talaga.” = This (particular) “teleserye” is really very/super nice.

-   In this version of your sentence, we use “itong” because it does stand for “this”.  BTW, the word for “this” is really just “ito”, but it becomes “ito”+”ng” when it is immediately followed by the object it is pointing to – “ito ay libro” = this is a book; “itong libro ay luma na.” = this book is already old. 

-   Also, in Tagalog, even if it may seem redundant, we have that “na ito” (which is this) after the object in addition to the “itong” (this) before it.  It would be something like adding the word, “particular” in the English translation.

 

“Sobra ang ganda talaga NITONG teleserye (na ito).

-   This is also understood to mean, “This “teleserye” is really very/super nice.”  However, because of the arrangement of the phrases, where the description now comes before the object (teleserye) being described, you need to use the possessive form “nitong” (of this).  That is because the direct translation of the sentence is now this:  “Super/Very nice really (is the description) OF THIS (particular) “teleserye”.  Also, in this sentence form, the “na ito” at the end may be omitted, though I believe that the majority of us would still have it there.
 

“nakalimutan ako ng stress..”  = stress forgot me..

“nakalimutan ko ang stress..” = I forgot about the/my stress..

“nakakalimutan ko ang stress..” = I (am able to) forget about the/my stress..


how to say stress in tagalog? – I may be wrong, but I don’t think we have a simple Tagalog word for “stress”, which we use in ordinary conversations.  We just say “stress” too or use “problema” instead.  -> “nakakalimutan ko ang aking problema” = I am able to forget my problem (therefore, it is making me stressed.)
