Jason you can do that by going to the community tap from italki homepage and then choose 'language partners', and from there choose the members who speaks English and wants to learn Spanish, and then it's better to read their profiles' introductions to know if they're looking to make an exchange, and if you find any just send him/her a message and ask them if they're willing to teach you English in exchange for Spanish, and that's it. You can find someone who wants to make foreign friends on facebook. Just search foreign friends. Once you find someone you can chat on facebook or call on skype.

There are two ways- either find someone who wants to do language exchange or find a teacher and schedule a class.
