Vacation
I'll talk about my vacation. I've been on vacation since the begining of December. I feel like traveling, but my father can't take a vacation; he has only had his job for a few months and can't leave his job to travel with us. I think I'll enjoy my vacation anyway.

You can't put a ...'s....after father to mean "father is". "Father's" with a...'s... shows possession, such as...my father's car.
"cuz" is not a word....you should use "because".
