Age Discrimination?

I just heard that one of the recruitment requirements of schools, universities and companies is that “age below 30”. God, I thought it was 35. 35 is quite young in my opinion. Just imagine having that if I would have a lot of difficulties changing your to change my job, or applying for a new position, and then my your life would have to be set like I would've been already an old woman, The feeling would be quite terrible. I want to apply to study for a PhD study, but according to this requirement, I probably can't won't find a job for as a teacher after I graduate.

Actually, I always feel the age discrimination as a female in China, but I didn't know that it is so “official”. It is insane.
