Go Went out on a mountain bike
Hello everyone ,
At 8:30 this morning, I went out to mountain biking towards Mount Black in Belgium with my pals. There were at eleven of us. There was no particular problem, neither flat tyres [tires], nor a piece of mechanical equipment broken. Fortunately, no fall. It was a beautiful, nice and fun day.
Thanks a lot for correcting my mistakes.

"I went out to mountain bike" is correct but it will sound more natural if you say "I went mountain biking" instead. In US and Canada, "tyres" is spelled as "tires." "Pals" is a good choice of word if you want to sound informal. You can also use "friends."
A correction or an alternative way of expressing the idea to make it sound more natural
