Can you help with my post? Many thanks for your great help Hello! How is it going? What's the weather like? It is wet and gloomy outside but no snow. The snow which we had has melted as temperatures rose to above zero. I have just come home. My day at work went well. After work, I went to buy a ticket to the Christmas Tree event. Here we have special performance which is devoted to NEW Year. Children can meet Grandfather Frost and the snow maiden. So on the 28 of December we are going to go the theatre where this even for children will be held. On the 27 of December I will go to restaurant to celebrate the Coming New Year with my colleague. I bought a new blue cocktail dress. Next Tuesday will be our last working day. I wish you Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year again. I wish health, happiness and all the best to you and yours in 2015. Have a great Christmas holiday/

Hello!
How is it going? What's the weather like? It is wet and gloomy outside, but there's no snow. The snow  we had has melted when the temperatures rose above zero.
I have just come home. My day at work went well. After work, I went to buy a ticket to the Christmas tree event. Here we have a special performance devoted to the New Year. Children can meet Grandfather Frost and the snow maiden. So on the 28th of December, we are going to go the theatre where this children's event will be held. On the 27th of December, I will go to restaurant to celebrate the coming New Year with my colleague. I bought a new blue cocktail dress.
Next Tuesday will be our last day at work before the holiday.
I wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year again. I wish health, happiness, and all the best to you and yours in 2015.
Have a great Christmas holiday.

Notes:

You may want to specify that the temperatures rose about zero degrees Celsius.

Unless the event is called the "Christmas Tree Event", tree isn't capitalized.

New Year is capitalized when it's used as a proper noun.

Christmas is always capitalized (you did this correctly, but I just thought it's worth mentioning)

According to a grammar website I just looked at, when you say, "I wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year," neither merry nor happy new year is capitalized.  I was unsure of this, and I think that this is a blurry topic when it comes to grammar, so you could probably get away with capitalizing it.  The website also says that if you simpy say "Merry Christmas" or "Happy New Year" on their own, then capitalization is necessary.

I noticed that you sometimes don't know when to use words like which, that, ect., and when they aren't necessary. (ect. is short for et cetera, which means "and so on")  This is a tricky issue.  I am studying French at school and I'm having an equivalent issue.  In English, you just need to practice, and you will get to know when to use these words if at all.  Of course, nobody wants to hear that advice, but it's just a skill that you will pick up eventually.  This is also a fairly minor issue.  If you make a mistake, it will sound only slighty awkward at worst.
