Important tips for improving public speaking. - 2014 12 22 Even though I am not good at speaking in public, still I would like to talk about some ideas about how to improve it. 1. Speak clearly. This is essential, we need to make ourselves well understood. It means proper volume, speed and tune. 2. Keep eye contact. When we speak, we should keep eye contact with the audients. It is not only respect to them, but also we can make them feel involved. 3. Relax. When we speak, don’t be afraid of making mistake or being laughed at. If we try our best, then we have no time for worrying about the result. 4. Keep practicing. No one was born to be a lecturer. But practice can make it happen. We need to believe that we are not weaker than others. 5. Get feedback from others, or we can watch video records of our speaks. Then we will know whether we spoke clearly or kept eye contact. Same as learning a language, speaking in public is not so easy. We need to be patient and confident. (I need to practice more.)

Important tips for improving public speaking. - 2014 12 22

Even though I am not good at speaking in public, still I would still (my preference - your version is not wrong) like to talk about/present some ideas about on how to improve it/. (the pronoun is pretty remote from 'speaking' so it is better to use some noun phrase here)

1. Speak clearly. This is essential, - (comma is not enough here - dash or semi-colon for a drawn out pause, or even fullstop) we need to make ourselves well understood. It means requires proper volume, speed and tune. tone(?)
2. Keep Maintain eye contact. When we speak, we should keep eye contact with/look directly at the audiencets.(assuming you can actually see the audience!) It is not only showing respect to them, but also we can also (same issue as 'still' above) make them feel involved by doing so.
3. Relax. When we speak, don’t be afraid of making mistakes or being laughed at. If we try our best, then we have no time for worrying about the result. (good!)
4. Keep practicing. No one was born to be a lecturer, but practice can make it happen. We need to believe that we are not weaker than/inferior to others.
5. Get feedback from others ('from others' is unnecessary), or we can watch video recordings of our speaks. speeches, then we will know whether we spoke clearly, and whether we or kept eye contact (it may be difficult to know about eye contact, because of the point of view of the camera).

Same Just as with learning a language, speaking in public is not so easy (this sentence is not so natural!). Learning a language is not at all easy - nor is learning to speak in public. We need to be patient and confident.

(I need to practice more.) (American spelling?)
