Something interesting in pre sale contract There are something different in Brisbane pre sale contract. The purchaser can only have one pet, which is under 10 kg. If the pet missing, the purchaser need to pay AUD 50 for administer of building. Well, it never see in Taiwan pre sale contract....

*there is something different about Brisbane's pre-sale contract. *if the pet goes/is missing the purchaser needs to pay AUD 50 to the administer of the building. *well, I've never seen a pre-sale contract in Taiwan!
