I work at a Liquor Store. Literally, I work at a liquor store. Ive never imagined that I work at a Canada Liquor Store. Could you help me let me know some useful expressions for Cashier at the Liquor Store? I always say like that 1) To customer who seems to look for something. -What are you looking for? -Do you have specific item(what you need)? -How can I help you with? 2) The customer doesn't know the name of alcohol. -How does it(bottle) look like? -How about the shape? -What picture on it? -What colour is the bottle? -What kind of alcohol? Vodca? tequilla? Wine? 3) While I look for the bottle what customer need, I'd like to say something. I don't like the silent!! -We might have it. Actually it seems like I saw it yesterday on some shelves. Give me a minutes.(or Few time). 4)After finding -I got it. Is this right? 5)The store I work offer free Ice if the customer spend over 20bucks. I ask to customer whenever they make a payment. -Do you need a ice? -That's free if you spend over 20 dollar at next door convenience store and here. (cf. If I ask to them like" Would you like to need a ice?" better(politer) than" Do you need a ice?") 6) Some customer whenever they come by, They purchase same drink. I'd like to say something to them. - You didn't change your favorite! - This time also you got a same things with last time.(It makes sense?) (cf. or please recommend saying better than those above.) That is every question I want to know~! Please check if it is natural or not :) Thank you so much ♥

I work at a Liquor Store.

Literally, I work at a liquor store. Ive never imagined that I work at a Canada Liquor Store.
Could you help me let me know some useful expressions for Cashier at the Liquor Store?

I always say like that

1) To customer who seems to look for something.
-What are you looking for?
-Do you have "a" specific item that you need?

are you looking for anything in particular?

-How can I help you? / what can I help you with?
2) The customer doesn't know the name of alcohol.
-what does it(bottle) look like?
-How about the shape? What shape is it?
-What picture "is" on it?
-What colour is the bottle?
-What kind of alcohol? Vodka? tequilla? Wine?

3) While I look for the bottle what customer need, I'd like to say something. I don't like the silent!!
-We might have it. Actually it seems like I saw it yesterday on some shelves. Give me a minutes.(or Few time).

4)After finding
-I got it. Is this right?

5)The store I work offer free Ice if the customer spend over 20bucks. I ask to customer whenever they make a payment.
-Do you need ice?
-That's free if you spend over 20 dollars at either the convenience store next door or here.

(cf. If I ask to them like" Would you like a bag of ice?" better(politer) than" Do you need some ice?")
Either is fine.
6) Some customer whenever they come by, They purchase same drink. I'd like to say something to them.
- You didn't change your favorite! = is this still your favorite?
- This time also you got a same things with last time.(It makes sense?) =you got the same things as last time. Or simply: "same as last time?"
(cf. or please recommend saying better than those above.)

That is every question I want to know~! Please check if it is natural or not :)
Thank you so much ♥
