Perfect Day in Nanhu Park
I like to go to Nanhu Park sometimes on the weekend.
This photo was taken in Dec. 2013.
The park is always a perfect place for everyone.
That day was bright and warm.
Old men and children with their parents were flying kites.
They all looked like they enjoyed it.
Look! There was also a new couple taking wedding photos.
And most of trees here are all green, even in winter.
But these trees in the foreground were yellow in the winter, golden yellow. I like this warm color!
I was lucky to see this joyful scene and share it with you :)

You are describing the photo in a manner, as if, you are still in the park. This is a very intelligent way to give immediacy to the description. In such situations, use the 'simple present tense'.

This park is always a perfect place for everyone/anyone/all.
That day were was bright and warm.
Old men, and children with their parents (use the comma to associate 'parents' with 'children', mot with 'old men') were flying kites.
They all looked as though they were enjoying it.
Look! There was also a new couple taken wedding photos.
And most of trees here are all green, even if in although it is winter.
But these trees ahead in the foreground were are (consistent tense - you have been using present tense) in still yellow in winter, golden yellow (amber), I like this warm autumn color!
I was lucky to see this joyful scene, so I share it with you :)
Too much use of conjunctions (and, but ...) to start a sentence! They are intended to join clauses.
