Start with the basics. Alphabets, Numbers, words, phrases, clauses, sentences... don't bother about being perfect for now. Make English speaking friends and chat/talk more often. No matter how bad it sounds... just keep speaking. All the best.

It can be useful! 6- Train much talk, talk alone as if you were talking to someone else in the language you are learning, it seems silly ,but it helps a lot in your pronunciation; I have helped you!
