Some of the sentences are correct. However, I don't fully understand the rest of them, so I just corrected it based on my own understanding.

超市在右边。
超市在右边吗？
你们拐右边然后走一直过超市，到医院。

你们向右拐然后一直走直到过超市，就到了医院。Turn right and go straight until you pass the supermarket, then it is the hospital.
护士走过超市，拐右边学校，走往医院。

护士走过了超市，从学校向右拐，走向了医院/走往医院。The nurse passed the supermarket, turned right at the school and then walked towards the hospital.
师傅没有饭，所以他开车去杂货店。他不知道在杂货店然后他请问警察。警察说你开车一直往北，然后拐右边到杂货店。

师傅没吃饭，所以他开车去杂货店。他不知道杂货店在哪，所以他问了警察。警察说：“你开车一直往北，向右拐就到杂货店了。” Direct speech should be in quotes.

没有饭 means “do not have meals"/没吃饭 means "has not had meals"

你开车右侧吗？ 你开车靠右吗？
学生都写右侧可以吗？
工人做工在右侧。 工人在右侧做工
饺子前面糖，再右侧。 What? 
黄瓜后边饺子，往右侧。 What?

护士的右手病。 护士的右手受伤了。 病了 is normally used to describe a person rather than a person's organ. E.g. 护士病了. If you want to describe a organ in one's body is wounded, try "受伤" which can be used to describe both a person and his or her organs.

那个护士的病人的右手疼死了。Adding 那个 makes the possessive adjectives more readable, because "护士的病人的右手" has two 的 and is too wordy. "那个护士的病人的右手" sounds more comfortable to my ears, perhaps because "那个护士的" has different rhythm compared to the other two possesives "护士的" or “病人的”. Adding 了 can indicate either the present tense or the past tense."疼死了" is a more natural way to put it.
同学是护士。他打针病人。他给病人打针。

病人不喜欢打针，因为打针疼死了/打针很疼。
