There are delicious citrus fruits in Japan. Today, I made the marmalade of the hassaku orange. Hassaku marmalade is sweet and slightly bitter. I like making jam, but there is a problem. I don’t sweet food.

'Good' is not wrong here, but it sounds slightly unnatural with 'fragrance'. A native speaker would probably say 'a good smell', or a 'lovely fragrance'.
