Two stories Today I heard two stories. One was the story from BBC about new low that will protect children. I felt admiration than I heard a description this new law. If you had a child in the car you would have to stop smoking. But if I understand right you car should meet requirement another words, if you drive a child you have to drop out a smoking. If you break the low you will have a fine about 80 USD (in pounds). It will be very interesting how authorities will be able to enforce people to encourage this rule. I felt astonishment than I heard next story from VOA. It was story about last day before and first days after American Civil war. The situation liked in our countries situation. The same silly question: nobody wanted to find a compromise and to confessed that he was wrong. A lot empty words from authorities invasion from country which we considered our friend. But In Civil war was mad men John Broun which seized small brick house with his twelve followers and fought with local troops. But his rebellion was crashed he was tried and charged with three crimes. He was found guilty and sentenced to be hung . After that was election of 1861 and a won of Lincoln and at once after his victory South Caroline withdrew from the Union (commonly referred to as USA). after that next couple of states announced about their secession from the Union and declared their own Union - Confederation
