I lost it again!

I am a college student and I am now enjoying my vacation at home. I have been looking for a high-paying part-time job recently. However, to my great disapointment, I was told that it's too late to find a job because the vacation began several weeks ago and there are no part-time jobs left. I lost my opportunity again !Yes, again, the same as last year! I should have started earlier, however, I was addicted to parties with my old friends! Should I attribute it to my laziness?
