Sometimes girls hesitate too much.. yeah.. because they are girls.. but sometimes it could be like a disease and you feel bad because you can't make a decision and you feel so bad you could even get a headache. You could use either of these:

"you feel bad because you can't make a decision." or

"you can't make a decision and you feel very bad"

I happen to think that most humans will benefit from some of them 'small things' - just think how many people crave for chocolate!
