l have to say that the parcel which you sent is in customs. They requested to us to do it its custom clearance that we clear the parcel so and in order to do this l have to pay 350 usd. for clear it so l think it had better would be better to direct my carrier company to your address, if you can make get ready a new sample package for me. The reason of they requested custom clearance on the package was because it was sent by highway land. As our regulation anything, which is delivered by highway land it is required to be cleared through customs, custom clearance so l would like to try and have the package shipped by air cargo, as there is no regulation on parcels which is that are sent by air.
