From now on, I started to will write diary to improve my English writing skills. (Because it is from 'now' and 'on' - present to future I would say ...I will write a diary...or I am beginning to write a diary. )

Today, I was a little tired because I had to write my essay for on a difficult subject. After I wrote my essay, I started to regret. ( with 'regret, there must be something to regret, so maybe 'I started to regret that I had not begun it earlier, or 'I started to regret how I used my time', or something like this. ‘What if I started to write my essay ealier…’ I decided to keep in mind that I have to be strict to with myself to control myself …Anyway, it is very hard to speak and write English. However, I believe myself !!!

Yes, you can write very well. Well done.
