Hello. How are you today. please let me know how to tell this. - Today I went to Bank to check where my card is. I was supposed to get my visa card last wednes day. My friend who applied making visa card with me at the same day already got a visa card. I thought that is weird. and today is my day-off. (To clerk in the Bank) I am here to check my processing of Visa card that I already applied 2 weeks ago. At that time, I came to here with my friend to make Visa card one of each.( we processed making Visa card one of each at the same time with same staff member.) But My friend alreday got hers visa card last wednes day. but I couldn't get my Visa card yet. and last week, I got mystery(?) phone call twice. so, I called back to the number, it was from TD. i couldn't speak with anyone, i only heard automatic answers. So I was wondering if there are some problem in my processing of making Visa card. So I just make sure if it has no problem. and if there are a site for checking my processing of visa card, where it is (current directions), let me know. I want to check by myself. ------------------------------------------------------------------- wherever I get to Bank, I always feel same thing that Speaking about something of Bank issue is so hard. Today I also felt the same feeling..as usual..

But My friend already got her visa card last Wednesday. but I couldn't get my Visa card yet. but I still haven't recieved mine. and Last week, I got mystery(?) phone call twice. I missed two phone calls from a mystery number so I called back to the number, the number back and it was from TD. I couldn't speak with anyone. I only heard automated responses. So I was wondering if there is a problem in my processing of making my Visa card. So I just want make sure if it that there is has no problem.

and if there are is a site available for checking the processing of my visa card, where it is (current directions), let me know. If you could tell me what the site is so I want can to check it by myself.

Whenever I get go to the bank, I always feel same thing that speaking discussing bank disputes about something of Bank issue is so hard.
Today I also felt the that same feeling..as usual..

Also, I know I already made a correction but just so you know, you don't have to use 'Visa card' over and over. Since we already know what you're talking about, you could simply say something like: My friend who applied for a visa card with me on the same day already got hers. (or already got one.) It makes things sound a little less repetitive and it just flows better. Just for future reference :)
