My Story. Do you want to help me correct this? Thank you Assalamu'alaikum my name is Dita, first of all I apologize for my poor English but I hope you can understand what I mean to write. I love this page because I can read my brothers and sisters story all around the world. And I want to share my story here for you. living in the biggest Muslims country make you feel that religion is part of society. And most of us who born as a Muslim we're just like "accept it" but not really know what Islam is. one day, I opened youtube then I found Dr. Zakir Naik, and from that day my life is start changing. I started to read more about Islam then I bought a book about hijab. I used to wear hijab but not in the proper way, I still wore my jeans and my hijab is not long enough. After I try to learn more about Islam by watched lectures and read books I decide to wear my hijab in syar'i way and try to be a better Muslim. Now, alhamdulillah I realize that Islam is not just a religion, but the way of life. Do want to know what is my biggest motivation? your struggle my sisters who living in the non-muslim country with your hijab. and now I try to learn English so I can understand my brothers and sisters stories when we meet up someday, Inshaa Allah. thank you for everything may Allah reunite us in His Jannah. aamiin Wassalamu'alaikum

Assalamu'alaikum
My name is Dita, I first would like to apologize for my poor english and hope that you can understand my writing. I love this page because here I can read the stories of my brothers and sisters around the world. I will now be sharing my story with you.
Living in the biggest Muslim country makes you feel like religion is a part of society. Most of us who were born muslim had to accept this as our faith even though we knew nothing at all about Islam.
One day, I found Dr. Zakir Naik on youtube and from then on my life started changing. I bought a book on hijab and began reading more about Islam. In the past when i wore jeans my hijab was never long enough but when i started watching lectures and learning more about Islam i decided to wear my hijab in the syar'i way and try to become a better muslim. Now alhamdulillah I realize that Islam is not just a religion, but the way of life. Do want to know what my biggest motivation is? It is struggle; the struggle of my sisters who wear the hijab and live in a non-muslim country. I am trying to learn english so that i can understand the stories of my brothers and sisters until we meet someday, Inshaa Allah.
Thank you for everything, may Allah reunite us in His Jannah. aamiin
