I row

Hello,

In French, "I row" is an idiom meaning you no longer advance.

I have been learning English for almost 3 years. I learn a little bit everyday, but it is always complicated.

It's really hard to remember new vocabulary; some days I'm motivated, and other days are completely opposite and I'm lost.

How can I speak and write or read in order to improve my English?

I do not know, perhaps my method is not good.

When I see a method which promises to achieve speaking in 3 months, I'm impressed if it really works.

Thanks a lot for any corrections.
Didier
