Really good Natalia.

If I was at a travel agent, or calling an airline in advance of going to the airport, I would be making a reservation. At the airport, I would just be buying a ticket. My conversation might start with asking what time the next flight to Kiev departed and whether there was any seats available.

Timetables usually use the 24 hour clock so that it is not necessary to add a.m. or p.m. there is only one occurrence of 14:00 per day.

I would also expect to be asked about various 'extras', reserved seating, extra leg room, in flight meal, priority boarding etc

However this is not an essay, nor is it being 'marked'!
