Technical advances in the future
In the future, I would like that the if scientists find the cures for cancer or AIDS, and maybe a solution to eliminate the pain. I think that if there weren't pain and agony, suffering from a disease wouldn't be so traumatic. However, if the pain disappeared, many illness wouldn't be able to be diagnosed. It's a difficult matter.
Some technicals advances such as improvements in transportation are very important; and others like teleportation would be very impressive, but I think that the people's health is the most important thing right now.

The good news is that cancer and AIDS probably will be curable in the next ten years, and very soon we will have nanobots that can do health checkups long before we have any pain. The future of medicine is looking very bright.
