"말도없이"를 들은 소감
Today I listened to 말도없이 (장근석). It was a beautiful piece of music and very soothing. It would be really great if I can remember the lyrics by heart someday, but I think it's going to be difficult for now, because there were a lot of words I didn't know when I was studying it. However, I will strive to listen to it more often and try to remember the lyrics.
The song is about a person who is heartbroken, like 신우씨 and 제르미 in 고미남이시네요. The words "말도없이" is repeated a lot throughout the song, and I think it makes the story sad because the other person doesn't say anything. Love is painful and complicated in this song, but it is also tragically beautiful.

오늘은 저는 "말도없이"를 들었습니다. 부드러운 멜로디이며 너무(/정말) 예쁜 음악입니다. 언젠가는 가사를 암송할 수 있으면 좋겠습니다(/암송했으면 합니다). 그렇지만, 공부할 때에는 아직 모르는 말이 많아서 지근 제게 저금은 어려울 것 을 같습니다. 하지만, 저는 노래를 자주(/많이) 들어서 가사를 기억하려고 합니다.
이 노래는 "미남이시네요" 에서 신우씨랑 제르미씨 같이 슬픔에 잠겼는 사람에 대한 것입니다. “말도없이"라는 구절이 노래에서 되풀이 되는데, 저는 이 구절이 말은 있다는 사실은 이 이야기를 슬프게 만든다고 생각합니다. 노래에서 사랑이 고통스럽고 복잡한데, 동시에 정말 비참 과 예뻤어습니다. 비극적으로 아름답습니다(tragically beautiful *).

* tragically beautiful에 해당하는 적절한 표현이 한국어에는 없네요. 그냥 "비극적으로 아름답다"라고 했는데, 실제로는 이런 의미가 아니지요!?

(1) '이며'와 '이고'는 같은 의미입니다. 즉, "멜로디이며"는 "멜로디이고"와 같은 의미입니다.
(2) “지금은 어려울 것 같습니다”
"~ 같습니다" is a roundabout expression of "~이다", but we Korean use this phrase too much. In my opinion, “지금은 어렵습니다” is better expression.
In the phrase, 'noun + 을/noun + 를', '을' or '를' is an particle which makes the noun an object. I will give you an example sentence.
(Ex) 어려운 것을 잘 해결했다.
(3) In the phrase, “들어 보시기" is more formal than “들어 보기".
(4) "tragically beautiful"
One explained the phrase as follows: "So beautiful that it is tragic for others because everyone wants you or hates you because they want to be you."
I rearrange as follows:
"A woman is so beautiful that it is tragic for the one who was falling in love her."
= 그 여자가 너무 아름다워서, 그 여자를 사랑하는 남자에게는 비극적이다.
(물론, 여자가 남자를 사랑하지 않기 때문에 비극인 것이지요.)

한국어에는 "비극적으로 아름답다"라는 말이 없지만 이렇게 쓴 것은, 위 설명과 같이 장황하게 표현할 수 없기 때문이었습니다.
