Ssimple rules for communication in on this site!

the situation that makes me wonder is that most of the people don`t know how to start a conversation.

I often wonder why people do not know how to start a conversation on this site.

for example in this site, A while ago someone another member sent me a message and  just said something as: Hey hey! tell me something personal about yourself!
what the f..!?!
Pplease start with :
Hey! how are you? 
Give a brief introduction about on yourself(like your reasons for joining this site...)before asking others to introduce themselves!
Bbe polite! don`t ask about height and weight!   any personal questions (for god sake it`s not a dating site)
don`t follow half of the Earth's earth population, talk with people and just follow the one whom u you like and can have a talk (chat instead of talk here)  decent coversation with!
and u know
block every one  anyone who u feel is bothering you!
