Middlebury College Summer 2015 Acceptance Letter Dear Chinese School Applicant: It is my pleasure to notify you that you have been accepted to the 2015 session of the Chinese School 8-week language program at Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont. You will be receiving an acceptance packet by mail containing an official acceptance letter. The acceptance letter includes your student ID number. Please retain this number for your records, as you will need to provide it to pay your deposit online and to obtain some services prior to your arrival in Middlebury. To secure a place in the Chinese School, you must submit your enrollment data form, rooming form, and $400 non-refundable deposit. Please submit these items within two weeks, unless you are waiting to hear about funding. If you have applied for financial aid or a fellowship, you may send us your enrollment decision within two weeks of your aid or fellowship notification. It is not necessary to let us know that you are waiting to hear about aid. Please visit the Accepted Students website to assist you in planning your summer and read the information carefully. We have included information regarding arrival dates, transportation, and general procedures for the summer, along with important forms. We will periodically update the information on this site, and we will notify you when information is added, including when the Student Handbook is posted.
