A complaint letter to a hotel Dear Customer Service Manager: I am writting this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the serevices I recieved .I could not imagine that my staying in this hotel would be so bad. I have been a customer of your hotel on many occasion and I have always satisfied with the services but I had an unpleasant exprience recently. I stayed in room 511 of your Ozo hotel last week. When I arrived very tired to the hotel, nobody helped me with the suitcase .The room service was awful, they rarely changed my bed sheets or towels. The worse of them , I had a neighbour who made noises until late-night , I complained about it to the manager but they refused to improve the situation until forth day of my stay. I request you to boost your customer service because I don't want this experience to ruin my positive impression about your hotel. I just hope that these problems will be solved. I have been a customer of yours on many occasions and I have always been satisfied with the services until recently 


I stayed in room 511 of the Ozo hotel last week. When I arrived at the hotel I was very tired. Yet, nobody helped me with my suitcase.

The room cleaning service was also awful; they rarely changed my bed sheets or towels.

Worst of all, I had a neighbour who made noises until late-night. I complained about it to the hotel manager but he refused to improve the situation until fourth day of my stay.

I would request you to boost your customer service because I don't want this experience to ruin my positive impression about your hotel. I just hope that these problems will be solved.
