what is means of this thai sentence? i search each thai word means,i have one thai word can not search means,it is ษา.so i do not know this sentence means,but i know other word means,maybe this sentence talk about sometimes,we also love fell,other people ,forget to say, we also have fell.i really do not know this sentence means.so hard to me.

It's quite strange a little for me to say รักษาความรู้สึก. Basically, we say แคร์ความรู้สึก instead of รักษา.

For this message, it can translate into Thai as

"Sometimes, we care other people's feeling so much that we aren't aware of our feeling".

In other words, some people do care about feelings of others much more than their own feeling.
