Running
I love sports, I really do (except soccer, I hate it) but the thing is that I have a lot of issues with running. I see people running for hours, while I can't run for more than 3 minutes. I know it's something you have to work for, I mean, no one can run for a marathon on their first attempt. So, I decided I wanted to run. I started walking, then power walk, walk/run/walk. I even look for training calendars for beginners and had no results. I can't even run for half mile without having to stop to catch my breath. In conclusion, I think I'll just stick to my weight lifting and cardio exercises like jumping jacks (which I really enjoy doing) and let running behind despite I envy those who can :(

I can't run either because of arthritis in my knee joints, but I find the 'cross-trainer' is a good substitute.
