Hong Kong's home price is very unaffordable Hong Kong is a tiny city and so many residents live in there. This is one of the reasons why the property price is so expensive. For a 300ft. apartment, the market price is around 3 million Hong Kong dollars (7.8HKD=1USD), our monthly median income is only 14 thousand Hong Kong dollars. Most of the teenagers disappoint with the society because no matter how they work hard, they can't afford to buy a flat for marriage.
