Now I' m working in a Internation trading company, while some foreigner clients came to visit, I was sooooo nervious. I think I am so suck, and what should I do?

to achieve self_confidence,u should talk with foreigners who talk in english maybe through internet and social sites by chatting with other,I think that will help u to be more self confidant.
