DANNY, THE CHAMPION OF THE WORLD

I just finished to reading this book and I have to say that I liked it a lot.
This history is about a boy (Danny) who lives with his father in a caravan. His mother had died some time ago and Danny was raised for by his father who was a mechanic and owner of a petrol station. They were very poor but Danny was happy because the life with his father was very amazing good.
One night, Danny wakes woke up and realises realized that his father isn´t wasn't in his bunk . When his father comes came back in the morning Danny asks asked him where he had been the last night. Then he confesses to Danny that he had been poaching pheasants in on the property of a rich man called Sr. Hazell. However Danny helps his father to poach pheasants in Mr s´ Hazell's wood. After that, Danny has the brilliant idea to put sleeping pills inside the raisins in order to drug the pheasants and then they will fall from the trees like drops of rain. They do it and achieve are able to catch two hundred of pheasants. They poach so many birds that have to give some to their friends but when the effects of the drug disappears all pheasants fly away. 

At a later time, they discover a river near their house and decide to fishing for troats trout. Finally they buy an oven and invite the friends who helped them to poach pheasants.
It´s a beautiful history about the relationship between a father and a son.
