I assumed that you are trying to use a standardised Indonesian language. Its a little bit different from the informal Indonesian language, ussualy used for daily use, but has the same meaning.

Pergi ke Dokter
Hari ini tanggal 2 Juni dan Wahyu seharusnya ikut ujian tengah semester, tetapi ia merasa tidak enak badan. Kepalanya pusing, tenggorokannya sakit, dan badannya panas. Karena sakit, ibunya (you have to put “nya” because in the beginning you started your story from second person’s point of view. The word “nya” needs to be put there because it represents the ownership of Budi. Please be noted that not every “nya” means ownership) melarangnya ia/dia pergi ke kampus. Kemudian ibu dan (you can also put these 2 sentences together instead of separating them. But its optional) membawanya ke dokter Budiman. Tempat praktek dokter itu tidak juah jauh dari rumah mereka.
Di ruang prakteknya dokter memeriksa mata. , Ttenggorokan, dada, perut, dan mengukur suhu badan Wahyu. Dokter mengatakan bahwa Wahyu terserang flu dan tenggorokannya merah sakit tenggorokan (you have to write like this if you want to have exactly the same translation. Because in the English version never said a “red” color). , dan Mmungkin dia akan (no need to put “akan” because its translated from “will”) terserang (translation of = have a, it particularly used for disease) batuk.
Dokter Budiman menulis resep dan memberi saran kepada Wahyu untuk beristirahat selama seminggu. Jadi, dia baru bisa masuk kuliah lagi pada tanggal 9 Juni.
Wahyu dan ibunya kemudian pergi ke Apotek untuk membeli obat. Obat itu harus diminum oleh Wahyu tiga kali sehari sesudah makan.
Wahyu ingin cepat sembuh supaya dia bisa kuliah mengajar (in English version you wrote "to lecture", so the translation of that is "mengajar" not "kuliah") dan bermain tenis seperti biasanya.

For the last paragraph, you can also write like this if you want to sound more Indonesian.

Wahyu dan ibunya kemudian pergi ke apotek untuk membeli obat yang harus diminum sebanyak tiga kali dalam sehari. Wahyu ingin sembuh dengan cepat supaya/agar dia bisa mengajar dan bermain tenis seperti biasa.

Any errors in the 'original' are of course my own and not from the book.
