What do you think about when encounter an emergent situation ? Sometimes ,we might encounter emergent and seemly or truly serious situation. Generally ,many infacts result in it. it's not controlled by only someoneself.Ok , we should point out some positive reasons when analyze it except nagative ones. However,I still consider those nagative attitude of colleague is the serious matter. This really annoyed me . Who can tell me if I should remain gentle style despite I want remain ?
