What happened today I woke up late morning at 11:00 clock. When I get up I usually sit in my bed fifteen minutes that I spend it on social networks like what's up, Facebook, and instrgram to check the new update of news and communicate with friends.Then, I took a shower to prepare myself to going to school. I had two classes today, between the two classes hour and half of break. During the break I prepared for my business in communication class so I red the second chapter about how listening is important in communication between student and his team work. Before you respond you have to listen carefully and try to get fully of understanding your the teammates so you could respond to them with good ideas and perspectives.Than, I headed to my networking class that started early evening. My professor was pretty fast in explaining and went through the slides rapidly so we finished early from the class. I went back to my home and I was pretty hungry so I asked my roommate when are you going to cook for us due it was his turn to cook. He made for us meet and rice and it was tasty. I also went to the gym to workout. I started going to the gym this semester and I'm concentrating to build my abs,triceps and biceps muscles. I have some goals that I would like to achieve for my body.

What happened today

I woke up late this morning at 11:00 clock.  Like usual sat in my bed fifteen minutes spending time on social networks like what's up, Facebook, and instrgram checking the new updates, the news, and communicating with friends.  Then I took a shower to prepare myself for school. I had two classes today and in-between the two classes I had an hour and half break. During the break I wanted to prepare for my Business in Communication class so I read the second chapter about how listening is important in communication between teammates. Before you respond you have to listen carefully and try to fully grasp your the teammate's concerns so that you can respond to them with good ideas and perspectives. Then I headed to my networking class that started early in the evening. My professor was pretty fast in explaining things and he went through the slides rapidly so we finished early from the class. I went back to my home and I was pretty hungry so I asked my roommate when are you going to cook for us becasue it was his turn to cook. He made us some meat and rice and it was tasty. I also went to the gym to workout. I started going to the gym this semester and I'm concentrating on building my abs,triceps and biceps muscles. I have some goals that I would like to achieve for my body and going to the gym helps me to acclompish them.
