This sentence literally means "When no one trust on you at all, the only thing you must do is to trust on yourself.". The word "สิ่ง" basically means "thing" or abstract subject that will be described later in the sentence. The word "เลย" which located at the end of sentence is quite hard to explain. In this particular situation it means "at all", "totally" or something like that.
