日本に行きたい！

2月18日から私は台湾で中国語を勉強してます。

Above is fine but is spoken and very casual Japanese so better end with います。

今、私の日本人の友達が台湾に来ています。

私は夏に日本に行きたいので台湾は日本に近いです。

I wan to go to Japan in Summer, therefore Taiwan is close to Japan. (does not make sense)

台湾は日本に近いので、夏に日本に行きたいです。

Taiwan is close to Japan, so I wish to visit Japan in summer. (makes more sense :)

多分これは私の最後のチャンスです。
飛行機のチケットは今安いです／今少し安くなっています。
秋に私は大学に行きたいので、日本に行くかどうかまだわからないです。 日本に行くは大丈夫ですか？ 私は願います。
みなさん，きっと日本で会いましよう！ （きっと＝Maybe with hopes to do something、多分＝Maybe with doubts)

私の日本語のレベルは低いので、ごめんなさい。（最低＝MostLow=Worst=Terrible)

Wha? Your Japanese is excellent!

My apologies for the incredibly arrogant and cheeky behavior and response from the other Japanese dude whose manners totally misrepresents the authentic Japanese culture. I appreciate and admire your humble attitude and respectful manners which reminds me of the authentic Japanese culture.  

A real Japanese would only appreciate your correct attitude and would also POLITELY request for the original version if the entry is hard to understand. I always try to guess a bit and if you want to explain more to set the correction right, please do so. Anyways, you are doing quite well and hope you continue to work on your Japanese. Cheers!

2月18日から私は台湾で中国語を勉強しています。私の日本の友達は台湾に来ています。
台湾は日本に近いから夏私は日本に行きたいだから台湾は日本に近いです。多分これは私の最後のチャンスです。
飛行機のチケットはちょっと安いです。
秋私は大学に行きたいだから、まだわかんないです。 日本に行くのは大丈夫ですか？ 私は願います。

※「私は願います」が分かりません。何を願うのですか。「私は日本に行くのが大丈夫なように願います」ということですか。
みんなさん，多分日本で会いましよう！
